the BCA is currently organized by Agora , a citizen political movement that proposes a form of democracy by lot.

Agora is a movement carried by volunteers and a few employees, and one of its main activities is the organization of the assembly. This consists of several different aspects : developing (and questioning) the methodology, organizing meetings in a practical way, supporting assemblists, providing translations, facilitating meetings, ...
